"BRITISH SECTION"
Dear Sirs,
Will you please refer to my letter of 7th December, 1944, ref: 11/3914, particularly the closing paragraph.
I visited the Lazarett Cosel during the past week and also the Arbeitskommandos, where the fatalities occurred a week previously and I was able to see all of those, who were injured, whose names are shown on the list attached the letter with the above reference.
I am pleased to be able to report that their progress was very satisfactory. Before leaving Lazarett Cosel I asked the Medical Officers in charge of the cases if they would give me an up to date report on the condition of the men, which they did, and which I attach hereto.
Yours Sincerely,
S. Sherriff
