Royal Navy personnel. Lieutenant W.C. Sarra is believed to be seated at the extreme left. Having earlier participated in the famous attack on the Italian fleet at Taranto Harbour, Sarra, a Swordfish pilot with 815 Naval Air Squadron, was shot down during an attack on Valona Harbour on the 15th April 1941.
