Captain Keith Fehr

Captain Keith Fehr was Second-in-Command of "B" Squadron, 6th Airborne Armoured Reconnaissance Regiment. He and Squadron Major Murray were both wounded on the 11th August 1944, whilst they were taking the opportunity to bathe in an area to the west of Troarn. He was left with a shrapnel wound in his brain, and it was an injury which ultimately claimed his life. He passed away in 1954, aged 36. Copyright: Amanda Fehr.
