Major Dick Hargreaves on the 18th April 2012, standing on the bridge over the River Nartuby to the East of Le Muy, captured by the 4th Battalion on the second day of the operation, 16th August 1944. He was in France to participate in the filming of an episode of the BBC's Who Do You Think You Are programme, in which the actor Patrick Stewart was tracing the footsteps of his father, CSM Alfred Stewart, of the 2nd Parachute Brigade Defence Platoon.
