Brigade Headquarters would be based at Le Mitan alongside "D" Company of the 5th Parachute Battalion, with their "C" Company holding the bridge over the River Endre and "B" Company defending the buildings to the North of DZ-O. Of the 6th Battalion, "C" Company would occupy the Clastron Farm, "A" Company would hold the high ground to the North of La Motte while "B" Company secured the bridge to the South of it prior to taking over the village once it had been cleared by the Americans. The 4th Battalion meanwhile would capture the high ground to the North-East of Le Muy while their "C" Company seized the bridge over the River Nartuby to the West.
