The buildings along the Euisbiusplein in the western-half of the British defences. The building just visible on the right served as 2nd Parachute Battalion Headquarters, those to the left of it occupied the Mortar Platoon and 9th Field Company respectively, mixed elements of Battalion Headquarters, Support Company and Glider Pilots, and the last building was, as of Tuesday 19th September, home to 1st Airlanding Anti-Tank Battery Headquarters.
