Sergeant James Sharrock

Sergeant Jim Sharrock of No.6 Flight, "C" Squadron, The Glider Pilot Regiment, was Killed in Action on the 22nd September 1944 and has no known grave. He flew to Arnhem in a Hamilcar glider, chalk number 320, carrying a 17-pounder gun of the 1st Airlanding Anti-Tank Battery. Copyright: Parnel Seabrook.
