CSM Douglas Godfrey

CSM Douglas "Dan" Godfrey, of "C" Company, 2nd Battalion The South Staffordshire Regiment. He received a stomach wound during the withdrawal across the Rhine, he was taken prisoner on the following day but died of his wounds on the 28th September 1944. Copyright: Suzy Creed-Miles.
